We have already applied for this clearance with the passport details of all participants registered till 16th August. All participants of ICEVI World Conference from all Foreign Countries (other than Nepal) are required to submit Passport Number and Date of Birth (preferably scan of first and last page of your passport) urgently to enable us to share this information with Ministry of External Affairs as it is mandatory requirement for getting visa to India.
