To enable various organizations to display their products and demonstrate their devices, there would be an Exhibition area where stalls shall be put up for this purpose.
- Size of the Stall: 10 Ftx10 Ft (2.52 Mts X 2.52 Mts)
- Display area: One table and 3 walls.
- Dates: 13th November 6 p.m. to 16th November 6 p.m.
- Furniture available: One table, e chairs, electric plug, adequate lighting
- Rental: US $ 150 (INR 12,000) for 4 days
- Booking: write to Exhibition Committee on email ID: icevi2024wc@gmail.com
- Payment: Indian Nationals: Axis Bank; Foreign Nationals: State Bank of India as per accounts details available in the Registration Form
- Condition: Each person managing the stall must be a registered participant and shall be eligible to participate in the conference like other participants.
- Travel, accommodation and registration along with rental shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
